In order to give companies the best customer relationship management support, Humania BPO offers personalized assistance from a Client Success Manager (CSM). This primary contact person deals with our clients directly to roll out the strategy and manage the local and offshore customer contact centers and administrative support service activities.

Local project management provided by the Client Success Manager helps us assess performance, interpret data and operational results and foster a continuous improvement approach with our partners.
